Christopher Pearson

Christopher Pearson is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Project Director for Cenos at Flotation Energy since November 2023, focusing on developing up to 1.4 GW of floating offshore wind to decarbonize oil and gas. Previously, Christopher held the role of Director at the National Subsea Centre from March 2020 to December 2021, where a partnership was established between Robert Gordon University and the Net Zero Technology Centre to enhance subsea research and technology development. Additional experience includes positions such as Director at Hydrodatum Limited, Manager of the Marginal Developments Solution Centre at The Oil & Gas Technology Centre, and Senior Vice President of Project and Operations at EMAS AMC A/S. Christopher's career has been marked by a strong emphasis on providing consultancy for oil, gas, and marine renewable projects. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Aberdeen, obtained between 1997 and 2000.
