Mark Spring currently serves as Technical Authority for Structures at Flotation Energy, having transitioned from Reflex Marine, where the role of Technical Development Manager for JAVELIN included implementing new product introduction systems and engaging with academic and industry partners. Previously, at Wood Thilsted, Mark led a team in automating data flows and developing HAWC2 models for wind turbine analysis, while also contributing to the IEC standard on life management of wind power assets. With extensive experience at Lloyd's Register as Principal Engineer and Senior Wind Turbine Specialist, Mark specialized in renewables operations and maintenance and the verification of offshore wind farm designs.
