Will Spencer has extensive experience in infrastructure and environmental planning, having served as Associate Director at Barton Willmore, now Stantec, from 2019 to 2023. Previous roles include Graduate Planner at Arup (2004-2006), Planner at Savills (2006-2010), and Higher EIA & Land Rights Adviser/Housing Policy Lead at the Planning Inspectorate (2010-2016). Will Spencer also worked at Highways England as Development Consent Order and Statutory Process Manager between 2016 and 2019. Recently, Will Spencer held the position of Senior Project Manager at Bute Energy in 2023 and will serve as Associate Director at AtkinsRéalis from December 2023 to June 2024. Additionally, Will Spencer is scheduled to work as DCO Manager on the Green Volt Floating Offshore Wind Farm project at Flotation Energy in September 2025.
