Flourish Psychotherapy offers therapy for adults in Maryland and Pennsylvania who are navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, relationship patterns, life transitions, and emotions that can feel heavy or hard to name.

We often work with thoughtful, high-achieving, deeply feeling people who may look “fine” on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, stuck, burned out, or disconnected internally. Therapy offers space to slow down, understand what’s been happening beneath the surface, and build more steadiness, self-trust, and connection.

Flourish was founded by Corinne Kneis, LCPC, a Columbia-trained licensed psychotherapist, EMDR-trained clinician, and University of Pennsylvania positive psychology instructor.
