Pedro Modrach has extensive experience in engineering leadership, holding positions such as Head of Engineering at Flourish Fi, Bemobi, and M4U, as well as roles including Engineering Manager, Tech Manager, and Tech Lead. Earlier in Pedro's career, a foundation in system analysis was established at ANBIMA - Brazilian Financial and Capital Markets Association and Oi/Telemar. Pedro earned a Master in Information Technology with a focus on Software Architecture from Instituto Infnet - RJ between 2013 and 2015, following a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, completed in 2011.
