At the Flourishing Circle, our vision is a world where individuals, teams, and organizations thrive through mindfulness, character strengths, and sustainable leadership.

Our mission is to create pathways to enduring well-being, health, and peak performance, nurturing transformational change.

We believe in the inherent completeness of human nature and the seeds of well-being within each of us. Authentic self-leadership, firmly grounded in integrity, is our ethical cornerstone.

We promote a growth mindset, fostering lifelong learning and resilience, deeply anchored in our values of mindfulness, character strengths, and sustainable leadership.

At our core, we embrace mindful vitality, enabling us to be fully present, care responsibly for our past, future, and one another. We thrive through mutual support and growth, interwoven into our values of character strengths and sustainability.

Our approach is founded on cultivating presence and character strengths for flourishing health and performance. We offer diverse international opportunities, from foundational trainings to masterclasses in mindfulness, character strengths, and sustainable leadership, online and in-person.

Our team, trained by Dr. Ryan M. Niemiec and the VIA Institute on Character, practices mindfulness in the Plum Village tradition, guided by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, one of the world's most esteemed mindfulness teachers.

Join us in the journey towards personal and collective flourishing, using mindful leadership and character strengths as tools for a harmonious, sustainable world.
