Flourishing Future Wellness is a clinician-led group mental health practice providing structured, evidence-based care for individuals with complex and high-need presentations. The practice was built to serve people who have often tried therapy before and found that standard approaches did not adequately address their needs, nervous systems, or lived experiences.

Our clinicians specialize in working with OCD, anxiety disorders, trauma and complex trauma, borderline personality disorder, phobias, neurodivergence, addiction recovery, and transitions from inpatient to outpatient care. Services are grounded in trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming principles and delivered through modalities including CBT, DBT, IFS, somatic approaches, and person-centered therapy. Treatment is collaborative, intentional, and adapted to the individual rather than applied as a rigid protocol.

Flourishing Future Wellness prioritizes ethical practice, clinical accountability, and thoughtful pacing. Therapy is designed to support regulation, clarity, and sustainable change over time, without requiring clients to perform, oversimplify their experiences, or conform to one definition of functioning. Gender-affirming care and assessments are provided when clinically appropriate.
