Steven Schmid, PhD is currently the Sr. Director of Laboratory Strategic Planning and Development at Flourish Research. With a background in oncology consulting services, drug discovery, and drug development operations, Steven has held various leadership positions in companies such as Genzyme and Taxolog, Inc. Schmid also has experience in scientific technical writing and marketing liaison roles. Steven holds a Ph.D. in Virology from Miami University and has completed postdoctoral fellowships in Oncology Therapeutics at the UW School of Medicine and Public Health.
