Paul Downing

Paul Downing is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and service operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Field Services for Flow since March 2022, Paul previously held the position of Director of Service Operations and PMO at Teneo from April 2017 to February 2022. Paul's earlier roles include Information Technology Infrastructure Manager at Pinnacle Financial Partners, Managing Business Consultant and Director of Business Development at Core BTS, and Solutions Architect at AdvizeX Technologies, among others. Paul has built a diverse skill set through various positions, including Senior Consultant, Senior Product Specialist, and Technology Consultant, dating back to their role as a Storage Engineer at Kindred Healthcare. Paul holds a degree from Indiana University Southeast.
