Tal Waters

Tal Waters is a storyteller and strategist specializing in corporate branding, internal communications, and employee engagement. They served as Head of Strategic Communications at Datavant from 2022 to 2024 and currently hold the position of Director of Marketing and Communications at Flow. With experience as a Senior Product and Content Marketing Manager at Elementum SCM and a Principal Brand Product Marketer at Checkr, Inc., Tal has demonstrated expertise in communications strategy and leadership. Their educational background includes a graduate degree from The University of Chicago, where they also contributed as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Prior to their corporate roles, Tal served as a Tank Command Instructor in the Israel Defense Forces from 2006 to 2008.
