Flow by Wolff is an innovation consultancy specialising in innovation management and organisational design. It supports organisations in strengthening their innovation capability in structural and sustainable wayy. At the core of the work are Neuro-Inclusive Innovation Processes: innovation is designed so that different ways of thinking and working are systematically considered and can be used productively.

Founder Monika Wolff combines classical and agile methods with a systemic perspective on collaboration. A central approach is the development of a robust Trust Architecture: clear roles, decision paths, and communication structures that enable psychological safety. These structures allow especially neurodivergent high-performers to contribute their abilities effectively without having to adapt to unsuitable working patterns.

Another key focus is the concept of Strength Diversity. Teams are not organised around standardised competency profiles, but around real differences in perception, problem-solving and motivation. Through targeted systemic translation, individual strengths are integrated into the innovation process so that diversity leads to concrete outcomes.

Flow by Wolff supports companies in building functional innovation processes – from analysis and structural design to practical implementation. The goal is a work environment in which ideas do not depend on chance, but can reliably emerge, be evaluated, and be implemented.
