Ty Rose

Ty Rose is a Senior Operations and Sales Executive with a proven history of creating over $300 million in realizable value for both private equity and public companies. They have managed significant P&L responsibilities, including overseeing a team of 4,000+ members and achieving a 95% increase in EBITDA in their role as Head of Operations for Brock Group's largest region. Currently, Ty serves as M&A Managing Director at Oaklins, leading the Construction & Engineering practice, and has contributed to the closure of over 260 deals worth more than $3 billion in 2021. In addition to their professional accomplishments, Ty is a Board Member and Vice President of The HighGroundHQ Foundation, dedicated to supporting veterans and first responders. They hold degrees from the U.S. Naval Academy, the University of Alabama, and a graduate certificate from Harvard University.
