Róbert Dobos is a seasoned quality manager with over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, specializing in assembly and injection moulding. They have practical knowledge from various roles, including eight years in customer care focusing on process quality and two years leading supplier development as a group leader. Róbert has successfully launched new projects into serial production by collaborating with cross-functional teams and has managed an assembly factory with over 150 line workers.
