Flow & Glow® is a mirror-free dance concept across Sweden, built on one belief: you are already enough, exactly as you are.

We run 6-week courses in Stockholm, Nynäshamn, Ekerö, Karlstad, Härjedalen and launching Linköping, Borås and Nyköping this autumn. Same group, same room, every week. Something real builds when people show up for each other consistently.

Our spaces have no mirrors. Our Glowers face the Flowers, not themselves. Our choreographies are designed to make you feel something, not to look perfect doing it.

What makes Flow & Glow different:
✅ Mirror-free: Focus on how you feel, not how you look.
✅ Course-based: 6-week courses because real connection takes time.
✅ Led by Glowers: Certified instructors who lead with empathy and energy, not correction.

For future Glowers:
We're expanding. If you want to bring Flow & Glow to your city and lead with heart, we'd love to talk.
