No more shame. No more shortages. No questions asked.

Flow Happy is a London movement making period dignity non negotiable. Pads and tampons should be as common as toilet paper and soap — and we won’t stop until they are.

We stock free menstrual products in libraries, community hubs and workplaces so people can help themselves, no questions asked. Our work focuses on three areas: provision of free products, education through workshops and events, and advocacy to make period dignity the norm.

This is advocacy in action. Creative, unapologetic and community powered. We are here until London leads the way on period dignity.

- London born and London based
-Free access, no questions asked
-Advocacy until period poverty is history
