Michael DiBenigno has a broad range of work experience, beginning in 2007. In 2007, they worked as a Campus Representative for RepNation, where they marketed Microsoft Live! on Vanderbilt's Campus and placed first out of thirty-five other schools nationwide. Michael also worked as an Independent Contractor for Whirlpool Corporation and as a Scholar for the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School - Accelerator Summer Business Institute, where they were voted student MVP four-times out of ten projects and presentations. In 2008, they worked as a Summer Scholar for Deloitte Consulting. In 2009, they worked as a Technology Consultant for Deloitte, where they were requested by a client to work in higher impact roles through multiple phases of project at a major healthcare payor and provider over a 3.5 year period. In 2014, they worked as a Creative Arts Sector Practice Leader for the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship and as VP of Business Development for VetCove, an eCommerce platform for veterinarians. In 2015, they worked as Head of Business Strategy for Artmatr.co. In 2016, they worked as a Monitor Deloitte - Strategy Consulting Manager for Deloitte Consulting. Finally, in 2018, they worked as Co-Founder and CMO for Flow Immersive, Inc.

Michael DiBenigno attended the MIT Sloan School of Management from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. From 2005 to 2009, they attended Vanderbilt University, where they earned a BS in Engineering Science with minors in Corporate Strategy and Computer Science. In October 2022, they obtained a Certified Flow Designer certification from Flow Immersive.
