Scott Belcher has extensive experience in leadership and legal roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the ACES Mobility Coalition since July 2023, Scott's previous positions include Chief Executive Officer of the Telecommunications Industry Association from November 2014 to December 2016, and President and CEO of ITS America from September 2007 to November 2014. Notable earlier roles include Vice President for Property Management and Associate General Counsel at the National Multi-Housing Council and Director of Advanced Technology at the United States Environmental Protection Agency. Scott holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University, and a BA in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Redlands. Currently, Scott is also active on advisory boards for one.network US and Flow Labs, while leading SFB Consulting, LLC, which provides strategic advice to various organizations.
