Phong Le

Phong Le has been working in the tech industry since 2002. Phong started their career at ELCA Vietnam as a DevOps Architect, where they had more than 7 years of expertise in DevOps and automation solutions for Cloud (AWS), Windows servers and Linux families for projects in diverse technologies. Phong then moved to DevOps Specialist, Senior Software Project Manager, and Senior Web Application Developer roles. In 2021, they joined Flow Networks as an SRE Lead, where they are responsible for enabling customers to reach, engage, and retain their customers by getting them to use their product and service again and again.

Phong Le obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Information Technology from Ho Chi Minh University of Natural Sciences between 1998 and 2002. In 2020, they obtained an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Phong also holds certifications in CMMI v2.0 from QAI and CRESTCOM - Bullet Proof Manager from Global Leaders/Crestcom Vietnam.
