Rida Farhan

Rida Farhan is an industrial engineer with extensive experience in logistics and eCommerce. They began their career as a customer care agent at Crystel.co in 2018 and have since held various key roles, including Logistics Operations Supervisor and Fulfillment Manager at Nana, and currently serves as Express Operations Manager at Flow Progressive Logistics. Rida has also worked as Head of Logistics at مستر مندوب and held positions in sales supervision and operations analysis across several companies. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Applied Science University in Amman.
