Robert Haugen

Robert Haugen has over 20 years of experience in the field of product and technology development. Robert currently serves as the Director of Product and Technology Development at Flow Sciences, Inc. Prior to this role, they were the Principal at Lab Design and Research International and Haugen Engineering. Additionally, Haugen held the position of Director of Containment Control Products at Kewaunee Scientific Corp., where they supervised and contributed to the design of laboratory exhaust products. Robert also served as the Vice President of R&D at Jamestown Metal Products, where they implemented a new line of fume hoods and played a key role in finding new design and engineering staff.

Robert Haugen attended the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign from 1965 to 1976, earning a BS, MS, and Ph.D in Chemistry, Physics, Biochemistry, and German. Additionally, they pursued a Ph.D in Education, Chemistry, and Nuclear Physics at the same university from 1965 to 1975.
