Flow State is passionate about movement as medicine and finding a state of flow in all that we do - from moving to meditating, breathing to connecting with like minded humans. 

The flow state is where time becomes so irrelevant, we are lost in whatever it is we are doing in that single moment. 

When we push and force in any area of our life, there is always resistance. But when we flow, when we trust and allow - there is a rebound.

After moving from London to start afresh by the sea in Sussex, founders Deanne & Calli left behind their well established lives and valued communities within the yoga world.

What they both craved since settling in was a place to go to move and connect with like minded souls. 

They craved a place that just felt right, a place to call home and to build that community once again, so after a number of conversational sea swims, the timing of the opportunity being spot on and many voice notes, the magic of Flow State was born.

Flow State offers movement, flow yoga, workshops, functional movement, calisthenics, animal flow, sound ceremonies,  breath work, ecstatic dance, TRE, a run club, swim club, Kirtan and more one off interesting collaborative events.

The studio can hold 32 mats and more in bodies and  is fully stocked with the best Yogi Bare mats, blocks and straps, as well as bolsters and blankets. It has a separate private changing area / treatment room, a Kitchenette for hosting other events such as brunch events, supper clubs and PR.
