Madeleine Hendriks

Madeleine Hendriks is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Team Lead at Flow Traders since June 2020. Prior to this role, Madeleine held the position of Regional Head of HR Services NCE at GEA Group from April 2019 to June 2020. Madeleine's extensive career at EY spanned nearly 15 years, during which time responsibilities included Business Support Manager, Team Leader Document Production, and various HR consultancy roles. Key competencies include centralizing HR processes, supporting managers with HR guidance, onboarding and offboarding, and leading HR administrative teams in the BeNe region. Madeleine holds a degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam, where studies were completed between 1997 and 2004.
