Wesley Daffarra

Wesley Daffarra is a seasoned professional in the finance sector, currently serving as the Head of Italy - Institutional Trader at Flow Traders since May 2016, where responsibilities include establishing and managing the Milan Branch and overseeing growth in various trading areas, including ETPs and digital assets. Prior to joining Flow Traders, Wesley worked at Banca IMI as an Equity Cash Sales Trader and had brief stints at UBS and Eurizon Capital SGR providing sales support. Early experience includes a role as a Junior Analyst at TraderMade, focusing on technical analysis of the Italian stock market and international markets. Wesley holds an MSc in International Markets and Strategies and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, complemented by a training program from Banca IMI.
