Kerstin Frerick

Kerstin Frerick has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent roles including Head of HR at mimacom Switzerland and Head of HR at Flowable. Kerstin previously worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at SMG Swiss Marketplace Group and Scout24 Schweiz AG. Kerstin also took a sabbatical for Ashtanga Yoga practice. Prior to that, they held various HR positions at Bundesamt für Informatik und Telekommunikation BIT, Urgo Medical, SAS Automotive Systems, ThyssenKrupp Gerlach, and ThyssenKrupp Bilstein GmbH. Throughout their career, they have focused on recruiting, HR development, and creating diverse and inspiring workplaces.
