Nicholas Farhi has been a Partner at OC&C Strategy Consultants since September 2001, where support is provided to executives in critical decision-making processes. Nicholas has served as Global People Partner from 2020 to 2024 and currently holds the position of Global People and Operations Partner. In addition, Nicholas is a Non-Executive Board Member at Floward, an e-commerce gifting scale-up in MENA, since February 2022. Nicholas is also an Angel Investor in multiple ventures including Seedling.earth, Kettel Homes, Insemigen, SugaROx, Freja, Oxford DataPlan, Just Move In, and Laylo, the latter specializing in a direct-to-consumer boxed wine business. Educational qualifications include an MPhys in Physics from the University of Oxford and A-Levels from Winchester College in subjects such as Maths and Sciences.
