Jason Ferguson, MBA, MMgt, is currently the Director of National Accounts, Retail at FloWater, where they implement sustainable hydration solutions to eliminate plastic waste while enhancing workplace wellness. Previously, Jason co-founded Ladero Leadership and served as Vice President of Sales & Strategy at Granite Gold, Inc., in addition to holding roles in business development at Sybatek and as a Senior Account Executive at AVI Systems. With a background as a Tactical Communications Officer in the United States Marine Corps, Jason developed strong leadership and strategic planning skills that inform their consultative sales approach. Jason earned a bachelor’s degree from UC San Diego and two master's degrees, laying a solid foundation for their professional journey.
