We build rowing software around one principle: the machine serves the person; the person is never the raw material.

That means one platform for the whole sport — regatta results, patent-pending Speed Order rankings, club management, donations, fleet operations through BoatBay, and lineup intelligence through BoatLift: enter your athletes, erg scores, and boat class, and see predicted boat speed before the launch leaves the dock.

And it means the whole athlete, not just the output. Inside every athlete account lives Flow Coach with SportsFlow: AI coaching built on continuous readiness signal from the wearables athletes already own (WHOOP, Oura, Garmin, Polar, Concept2) and an original suite of patent-pending instruments for flow and inner-state development.

Our coaching philosophy is one sentence: the state cannot be ordered; the conditions can be prepared. We don't promise to manufacture peak states — no one honestly can. We observe what's happening in the athlete's body and mind, prepare the conditions the research says matter, and witness what emerges, so athletes and coaches can see the pattern and build on it.

And one structural commitment: SportsFlow is built into every athlete account, not sold as a separate app or upsell. The athlete's data belongs to the athlete. The machine serves the person — never the reverse.
