Ted Simmonds

Ted Simmonds has over 25 years of experience in finance and operations. Ted began their career in 1991 as Division Controller at Tandem Telecommunications Division, where they were responsible for the establishment and control of a $40 million budget. In 1994, they moved to Beckett Corporation as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, with responsibility for all finance, management information systems, human resources, and legal functions. In 1998, Ted became Director of Finance & Administration at OLICOM, INC, a Danish company that was the leader in fault tolerant enterprise networking solutions. In 2000, they joined Madge Ltd as Director of Finance & Operations, a global supplier of advanced networking product solutions. That same year, they also joined Hart InterCivic as CFO, where they were responsible for financial planning for the CCM business unit ($300M). In 2009, Ted became a Consultant at Cuzzle Solutions. In 2010, they joined Business Ink, Co. as CFO, where they were responsible for Accounting and Financial operations. Ted also joined Sensible Technologies as CFO, where they were responsible for all operations including product development, production, service and support and administrative functions. In 2018, Ted moved to CSG as Executive Director CCM Finance/Executive Director CCM Business Operations, where they were responsible for assisting in the transition and integration of Business Ink into CSG. Ted achieved all planned synergies on time. In 2019, Ted joined FlowBelow Aero, Inc. as CEO/CFO, where they were responsible for Finance, Accounting, Legal, Treasury, Human Resources and IT functions for private equity backed company.

Ted Simmonds earned their B.A in Business from Bethel College in 1978, followed by an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley - Walter A. Haas School of Business in 1983.
