Ivan Bui

Ivan Bui serves as the Group Head of Tax at Flowbird Group since January 2023, following its acquisition by Seachlight Capital, where responsibilities include establishing the tax function, optimizing financial outcomes, and leading M&A tax processes. Prior experience includes positions as Tax Director for EMEAR & APAC at Dassault Systèmes, and Group Head of Tax at Verallia, where Ivan guided strategic tax initiatives and developed foundational tax strategies within complex LBO settings. Previous roles include International Tax Advisor at Thales, Corporate Tax Lawyer at both Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier and Allen & Overy, and internships at Shearman & Sterling LLP and Baker McKenzie. Ivan's educational background includes advanced degrees in taxation from Boston University and Université Paris Dauphine, as well as a leadership program from ESMT Berlin.
