Currently, they serve as the Director of Carly Fordham Consulting, providing fractional CRO and commercial leadership services, while also mentoring early-stage founders at Octopus Ventures. Carly's past roles include Chief Revenue Officer at Arctic Shores and Managing Director at TI People, where they focused on sales strategy and customer growth. Carly holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology from London Metropolitan University and has completed an MBA program through Seth Godin's altMBA.
