I spent years watching small business owners work themselves into the ground - brilliant at their craft, buried in admin, missing calls, losing clients to competitors who simply responded faster.

That is what FlowClient AI is built to fix.

I help hair, beauty and wellness salon owners across Queensland and Victoria stop losing bookings to missed calls and slow replies - with AI-powered client communication that responds, reminds and re-engages their clients 24/7, so they can finally focus on their craft instead of their phone.

My clients get back 8+ hours a week. They stop losing bookings after hours. Their no-shows drop. And for the first time, they have a system working for them around the clock - without hiring extra staff.

Before FlowClient AI, I spent over a 30 years in project and business administration, operations management and community services - roles that taught me how systems, communication and follow-through are the difference between a business that thrives and one that just survives.

Now I bring that same thinking to salon and spa owners who deserve better than being on call 24/7.

If you own a salon or spa and you are tired of missing enquiries and drowning in admin - let's talk.
