Cassie Waduge is the current General Counsel at Flowcode. Cassie has held this position since March 2020. Prior to that, they were Senior Counsel at the Bortstein Legal Group from June 2019 to March 2020. From January 2019 to May 2019, they were a Consultant at Motive Partners. From June 2015 to December 2018, they were General Counsel at Songkick.com. From January 2008 to May 2015, they were a Technology & IP Transactions Senior Associate and then a Mergers & Acquisitions Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP. Cassie began their career as a lawyer at Minter Ellison Lawyers in January 2006.

Cassie Waduge attended The University of Melbourne, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (with Honors) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance.
