Flowence is a Swiss wellbeing company dedicated to helping people, teams and organisations live, work and grow with more balance, clarity and purpose. Based in Geneva, we create top-quality wellbeing programs, yoga teacher trainings, workshops and workplace wellbeing solutions that empower individuals and companies to thrive in a fast-changing world.

Our philosophy is simple: wellbeing is not a luxury — it is the foundation for a healthy life and a healthy workplace.
Through mind–body education, evidence-based practices and transformational experiences, Flowence supports personal development, reduces stress, improves resilience and cultivates healthier work cultures.

Our Mission

At Flowence, we believe in the power of flow — the natural state of harmony that arises when the mind, body and environment are in balance.
Our mission is to bring this flow into everyday life, whether through individual wellbeing journeys, yoga trainings, or organisational wellbeing strategies.

We combine the softness of ancient wisdom with the structure and reliability of Swiss quality. Every program we create is designed with intention, professionalism and a deep respect for human growth.

Yoga Teacher Training in Switzerland and in Slovenia

One of our core offerings in 2026 is our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, designed and led by experienced teachers with strong academic, spiritual and practical backgrounds.
Our training blends traditional yoga philosophy, modern biomechanics, meditation, breathing techniques, self-development, trauma sensitivity and teaching methodology.

Students graduate with a solid foundation, a deeper connection to themselves and the tools to teach with confidence, authenticity and compassion.

This training is not only for those who want to teach — it is for anyone seeking a transformative journey of self-understanding and wellbeing.
