Pat Glass has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2010, Pat worked at Nirvanna Designs, Inc where they were involved in admin, shipping, and marketing tasks, including producing photo shoots, designing catalogs, and writing website copy. From 2012 to 2014, Pat served as a Curatorial Assistant at the Children's Museum of The Arts, assisting with exhibitions and managing the museum's art collection. In 2014, Pat transitioned to a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson role at Haus New York, where they created marketing materials and performed client-facing and administrative tasks. Pat then interned as a Design Intern at Brick & Portal in 2016, followed by an instructional assistant role at General Assembly from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, Pat worked as a UX Research Consultant at ClassPass, creating user personas based on surveys, interviews, and user behavior data. In the same year, Pat started their self-employment as a UX Research & Design Consultant, working with clients such as Capital One, Eli Lilly, and SAP SE. From August 2019 to August 2021, Pat worked as a User Experience Designer at Leibowitz Branding & Design. They then joined Penelope as a User Experience Designer from January to October 2022. Currently, Pat holds the position of Lead Product Designer at FlowEQ, starting in November 2022.
Pat Glass attended the General Assembly in 2016, where they studied User Experience Design. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2009, they pursued a BFA degree in Cartooning and Illustration at the School of Visual Arts.
