Our story began in 2009 with a garden shed, a few eggs, and a big dream. Since then, we've grown into a BRC AA+ certified bakery, earned multiple awards, and continued to expand our offering. What drives us is simple: using the best ingredients (like British sugar and free-range egg whites), baking with care, and creating joyful, quality products that make people smile. Whether it’s a showstopping dessert, an under 100 calorie snack, or something in between – if it’s meringue, it’s our thing!
