They have worked across multiple verticals including cultivation, operations, and sales, beginning their career with a foundation in soil microbiology and organic chemistry. Since 2018, Michael has been a founding operator and investor at Flower Company, where they secured supply contracts and helped scale the business significantly. In addition to their role at Flower Company, Michael serves as the owner/operator of Greenlight Advisory Group and holds positions with Humboldt Legends, overseeing operations and procurement.
