Philipp Eisele's work experience begins in 2016 as a Marine Guide for Kitu Kiblu – Responsible Marine Encounters. In 2017, they worked as a Metallurgical Intern at 1. Wenz Mechanik GmbH. In 2019, they joined MAHLE as a Lean Project Management. From 2020 to 2021, they held roles in Business Development and Finance & Business Controlling Manager at ChargeHere GmbH. Currently, Philipp Eisele is a Project Developer at Flower ⚡ starting from March 2023.

Philipp Eisele began their education in 2017 at Pforzheim University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in International Engineering and Management. Philipp completed this program in 2022. During their time at Pforzheim University, they also participated in a double degree program at Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2018-2019, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Innovation and Development Engineering.

In 2019, Philipp attended a Summer School program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), focusing on the Iterative Innovation Process.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Philipp went on to pursue a double Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Sustainable Energy Engineering at KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Energy Engineering at Instituto Superior Técnico. Philipp is expected to complete both programs in 2024.

Additionally, in 2022, Philipp participated in an Entrepreneurship Integrated Program (EIP) at Esade. The field of study for this program is unspecified.
