Simone Heurich has been an explorer in the realm of creating optimal well being since her early teens. Thanks to her Grandfather, she became conscious that the choices she made either contributed to her health or detracted from her well being. This inspired her to explore and study yoga and holistic health, studying with highly regarded teachers and earning numerous certifications.
