TC (Tong Chien) Ooi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management across various industries. Currently serving as Partner & Country Manager at Flow Group since January 2023, TC is responsible for expanding the company's learning and development solutions across South East Asia from Malaysia. As the Director and founder of LUMENEXT since February 2011, TC has established the company as a leader in green technology lighting products in Malaysia, with growth into South East Asia and the Middle East. Previously, as Executive Director at Enterprise Asia, TC developed a strong regional presence for entrepreneurship initiatives. Additionally, TC contributed to Procter & Gamble as an HR Business Partner for the “SK-II” brand, leading significant organizational redesign projects. TC's early leadership experience includes serving as National President of AIESEC in Malaysia. TC holds a Bachelor (Honors) degree in Science & Technology Management & Electronics from Universiti Malaya.
