Kalle Törmä

Kalle Törmä has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kalle co-founded Flowhaven in 2016, a company that focuses on modernizing brand licensing operations through licensing relationship management software. Kalle served as the CEO and founder of Flowhaven. In 2022, they became a board member of Licensing International, an organization that supports the licensing community. Additionally, Kalle became a founding member of Founder Coach, a global coaching community for high-growth CEOs. Their previous experience includes working at Rovio Entertainment Ltd. from 2012 to 2016, where they held roles such as Licensing Operations Specialist and Licensing Coordinator/DRM Specialist. Before entering the licensing field, Kalle gained various work experiences, including serving in the Finnish military, working in wildlife animal hospitals, and working in the postal service.

Kalle Törmä earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business and Branding from HAAGA-HELIA University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, in March 2021, they obtained the OKR Expert Level 1 - OKR 101 certification from Perdoo.
