Olena Stepova

Olena Stepova is an experienced professional currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Flowium since December 2020. Prior to this role, Olena worked at Донецкий национальний університет as a Фахівець центру культурно-естетичного розвитку та роботи зі студентами from March 2019 to January 2022. In the AIESEC organization, Olena held several positions including TM coordinator, Coordinator of "World's largest lesson," and Manager of Sales from July 2019 to January 2021, as well as Project Head and Project Lead from August 2017 to November 2018, and Co-founder of AIESEC in Vinnytsia from March 2017 to June 2017. Olena holds a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from Donetsk National University, completed in 2020, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, obtained in 2019.
