Most people dream of being able to play a musical instrument. We develop outstanding products that enable anyone to achieve this dream. Our first product is flowkey: a revolutionary app for learning to play the piano. After our launch in 2015 flowkey quickly became one of the global leaders in its category, with more than 5 million users from over 100 countries. We are also one of the exceptions in the startup world, as we have been profitable from the beginning. This enabled us to go our own way and create a great culture.

The Software and Data Engineering team at flowkey is responsible for developing and maintaining the core infrastructure and features of the flowkey app. This includes creating robust, scalable software solutions, handling audio processing, and integrating machine learning algorithms for music information retrieval (MIR). Additionally, the team analyzes user data to enhance user experience and provides insights for continuous product improvements.

The Customer Support and Translation Team at flowkey is responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for users by providing timely and effective support and enabling clear communication across different languages. They assist users with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to enhance user satisfaction. Additionally, they translate content to make the app accessible to a global audience, ensuring that the app’s instructional materials, marketing content, and user interface are accurately localized for various languages.
