Mitch Senf is the founder and managing partner of flowplace, where they help organizations unlock individual potential and foster resilient, diverse teams through a people-centric approach. Previously, Mitch co-founded Hero Society from 2015 to 2020 and served on the board of EDUVENTIS - Bildung erleben e.V. from 2011 to 2021. They were also a researcher at Leipzig University from 2007 to 2009 and earned a Diplom in Sportmanagement from Universität Leipzig between 1999 and 2006. As a former professional athlete and artist, Mitch brings unique insights into the fields of corporate culture and behavioral science.
