Ben O'Keefe

Ben O'Keefe has worked in the software engineering field since 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they were a Programmer Analyst at Westat, where they implemented and maintained internal web-based applications using ASP 3.0, HTML, and JavaScript. From 2009 to 2014, they were a Software Engineer at Sublime Media, where they architected, implemented, and maintained web applications using Ember.js, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, and LESS. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Software Developer III at Staples, where they implemented and enhanced Node.js applications for the SEO department. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Platform Developer at OpenCar, where they designed, implemented, and improved core components of the OpenCar framework using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, as well as developed and lead a Scrum process for the OpenCar development team. Since 2018, they have been a Software Engineer at FlowPlay.

Ben O'Keefe attended Frederick Community College from 2002 to 2005, where they earned an Associate of Arts in General Studies. Ben then attended Shepherd University from 2005 to 2007, where they earned a degree in Computer Programming and Information Systems with a focus in Computer Science.
