Abdullah Atif

Abdullah Atif is the founder of flows, building the operating system for recruiting and currently hiring great talent for early- to late-stage startups. They previously co-founded Cloudaro.io as COO and handled customer acquisition and growth for an AI data SaaS. They worked in Recruiting & Growth at Told Media in 2021, staffing engineers for Series A–E startups and helping scale revenue. They held roles at Syndica (Operations & Growth, 2021–2022) as employee #3 and helped scale to billions of requests monthly, and at Spatial Labs (2023–2024) as Operations Lead and Head of Operations, hiring teams and launching partnerships and initiatives including a retail store, platform, and clothing line backed by JAY-Z.
