Andrew Schlecte

Andrew Schlecte is a commercially-oriented process and data architecture leader at Flowserve, where they currently serve as the Sr. Director of Business Architecture & Analytics for the Flow Control Division. Previously, they held the position of Sr. Director, Head of Enterprise Sales Operations, leading a team focused on various operational pillars. With extensive experience in bridging sales, product, marketing, and IT functions, Andrew contributed significantly to innovations that improved financial ratios over a five-year period. They have also been instrumental in deploying enterprise-wide CRM systems and managing business intelligence initiatives throughout their career. Andrew is currently pursuing a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems at The University of Texas at Austin - Red McCombs School of Business.
