Barbara Ely is an experienced accounting and finance professional currently serving as the Regional Accounting Manager and Site Controller at Flowserve Corporation since June 2004, overseeing multiple sites and contributing to global initiatives. Previously, Barbara held various managerial roles at Flowserve, including Accounting Manager, General Accounting Manager, and Cost Accounting Manager, where significant improvements in team professionalism, audit performance, and financial systems were achieved. As the Chief Financial Officer at Pivot Furniture, INC., Barbara successfully developed a business model that aligned with the company’s artisan, eco-friendly values. Additionally, Barbara served as Business Manager for Foothills Music Together early in the career.
