Brad Hendrickson is currently a Senior Engineer at Flowserve Corporation, responsible for developing engineering quality assurance plans, design reports, and testing/inspection plans for nuclear valve manufacturing since January 2023. Prior to this role, Brad served in the US Navy from August 2010 to January 2023 as a Nuclear Submarine Officer, where responsibilities included instructing on submarine engineering, navigation, and warfare tactics while managing a team of instructors for the training of over 300 sailors. Brad's foundational education includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Citadel and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from September 2023 to September 2025.
