Brian Shepard

Brian Shepard is an experienced direct and cross-functional leader with a background in operations and operational excellence. They began their career in the Army, where they honed skills in adaptability and leadership while serving in various roles, including Rifle Platoon Leader and Company Commander. In their civilian career at Cameron, Brian developed supply chains, led process improvement initiatives as a Six Sigma Black Belt, and managed significant product line transitions. Currently serving as Director of Continuous Improvement at Flowserve Corporation, they continue to leverage team talent and solve complex problems to achieve organizational success. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
