Daniela Ortolani

Daniela Ortolani is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in managing IT projects and business analysis within Latin America. Currently serving as IT Manager and Principal Business Analyst at Flowserve Corporation since January 2008, Daniela is responsible for defining and evolving demand management processes, as well as overseeing the selection, planning, execution, and monitoring of IT initiatives across several Latin American countries. Prior to this role, Daniela held a position as Project Leader at Axxon Consulting, where the focus was on implementing Microsoft Business Solutions-Great Plains 8.0 in multiple Latin American markets. Daniela's career also includes significant experience at Accenture and Sistemas Bejerman S.A., contributing to various systems and projects including billing, customer relationship management, and software quality control. An education background in Information Systems was obtained from Universidad de Buenos Aires - Facultad de Ciencias Económicas.
